We built with Rick in 2008. Great experience with him. Questions were answered promptly. If Rick didn't have an immediate answer he would tell us when we could expect one and then call when promised. Build quality was at the high level we expected. When a minor issue did arise he was quick to resolve it, there was no need to "hunt" him down. Rick is on a short list to build our next home. Highly recommend.
