This business is the epitome of what the "American Dream" consists of in today's ever so quickly changing, and trending world we find ourselves in. Founded and created a little over a year ago by Roger Reza, & Douglas Lopez, two of the hardest working, and most skilled tradesmen you will find in this industry: these men constantly found themselves at the mercy of more "established" and "Sales & profit oriented" business owners, who would hire them and their crews to do these extremely tough and labor-intensive jobs, just to pay them bottom dollar and slap their name over the hard work of these decent hardworking Americans. Taking advantage of their need for work, lack of business administration skills, and with Roger being the only one who speaks fluent English, it was looking as if their dream of running and operating their own business was not going to come true. However, that was until they teamed up with a young man by the name of CJ Ellis. That's me! I am 26 years old and like my aforementioned partners, I too, have been drug through the mud time and time again by shady "wannabe" contractors that cared about nothing but themselves at the end of the day. I am a God-fearing man, as is Mr Reza, & Mr Lopez, and we are proud to operate and run a faith-based business, centered on Godly principles, integrity, and doing all that we do with fullness of heart, and a serving "people over profit" like attitude. When you hire us, you will receive the customer care and attention that of an intelligent and passionate young man early in his career with still yet a lot to learn, but also a lot to give. Who will be there every step of the way to help facilitate your project and handle all of the technical aspects to clear the way for the absolute top notch most professional tradesmen you will have the honor of working with, as they come in and seamlessly take care of your project from start to finish. And as I do specialize in storm restoration, and claim mitigation, it will also be part of my duties and responsibilities to gauge and identify your needs, concerns, desires, budget, and timeline for a project, so as to make sure that we utilize every tool in our belt, (literally and figuratively) so that no stoned is left unturned, no board left unnailed, and no dime spent unnecessarily, to provide and serve you with an unmatched experience like no other.
