We hired R. Márquez to install ceramic tile flooring in our basement and just 3 years later, the floor is buckling. Tiles are popping up all over the room. I reached out to several different companies to see why it was happening and all told me the same thing - that the tiles were installed incorrectly - tiles were added right on top of an adhesive glue without removing it first. I contacted the owner to have it rectified and he immediately noticed the glue and wanted to charge us again to fix it. I will be taking him to court. Beware, donot use this company.
