An ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I'm looking to add central A/C to my home and had Raul (Koky) over for an estimate, as expected, he came and reviewed my set-up and said it would be no problem. We AGREED to a price so I though we were good to go... but NOPE! He tried to downsell from a Bryant to an AC-Pro (cheaper version) for the same price at one point, I had to call him out on that. I then tried to get him scheduled to come in to do the agreed job, he made excuses, so weeks and weeks go by. He never made an effort to contact me, so I had to initiate... more excuses. I asked him straight-up is the deal still on? Another excuse. Not dependable or reliable by any means. Its a good thing, imagine if I had the unit installed by him and had issues, it would take forever (if ever) for him to fix, not worth the headache. There are many reputable HVAC groups out there, stay away from R Monteverde & Son, they could care less...
