I have been using R.P. Holmes almost exclusively since owning my home, some 43 years now. Over this time, they have replaced my boiler twice (1978 and 2015), several gas water heaters, gas and water lines, installed bathroom fixtures (tubs, sinks, vanities) and kitchen appliances and fixtures. I have found them prompt, reliable and professional from the top down. I have already recommended them to friends and would continue to do so.

AVOID!! - we had an emergency plumbing issue come up and had heard about this company from some neighbors, we did not want to pay the same day rate of 350 an hour, so we made an appointment first thing next morning. They said we would get a call at 8am to get a card on file and confirm details of their arrival. It hit 10am, no call, we called the number, it was a different worker and they had no recollection or record of our appointment. Please stay away! Not worth the absurd amount of money!
