This company is very unprofessional. I left multiple messages with them end of summer 2021 through fall 2021. Never got a call back. After having pool sales company reach out, now they're responding. Basically in a he said, she said debate. Very frustrating company to work with. Take your business elsewhere

Do not use this company. They do not coordinate the pool markings with Julie. They don’t know the codes. Took three times to mark the location in coordination with JULIE and the village. After we filled our pool and it was finally up the hoses were leaking. We waited 3 days for them to come fix it. Two hours after they “fixed” it the hose cracked and pool water was spraying in all directions. Called the company to tell them what happened. Marium said I was being rude and that it wasn’t their fault. Said we need a new hose and there’s nothing they can do. This was after they literally just broke the hose.

Zero stars!!!!! Very unprofessional. Waited 2 1/2 months for an install and called the day they were supposed to arrive to be told they can’t control the weather and she basically told me “do you want me to just cancel” and hung up on me so I called her back and said she didn’t have to be so rude, I was just trying to get a date to coordinate with my Deck Guy‘s who have been waiting to start and she said “I’m just canceling it,you don’t have to be so ignorant”She said that to me for asking a legitimate question!
