The 53x15 feet concrete patio initially looked well-done. However, just six weeks after it was poured, a significant crack appeared, stretching across half the patio and at the base of a concrete step they poured. Another eight weeks later, a new crack formed perpendicular to the first one. It seems the base was poorly prepared. The Pulu Concrete is refusing to take responsibility and is ignoring our requests for proper repairs. I do not recommend Pulu Concrete due to their poor workmanship and unprofessionalism.
I hope Pulu Concrete reads this review and reconsiders their decision, finally taking ownership of their errors. If that happens, I will gladly retract this negative review and provide updated feedback on my experience with this contractor.
