Mo and his team have all the things you want if you’re thinking or doing a renovation or home improvement project. They’re professional and do a high quality job that fit out budget. He was always communicating with updates and his team was responsible, professional and did a fantastic job with our newly bought condo. Would definitely recommend him if you’re looking to do a small, medium or large project.

I purchased my condo in April of this year and was moving to Chicago to start work in June. I needed to find a contractor that can self-manage, update me regularly, and get my condo renovated before my husband and I arrive. I interviewed a few contractors but R&R Chicago really stood out with their design-build services. They went to the unit, did everything they needed to do, and designed the condo I wanted to move into. They took careful considerations when it came to the details and provided a comprehensive plan with a 3D virtual tour of what it will look like. I signed with them and they delivered exactly what they promised, on time, and without going over the budget. When we opened the door to the condo for the first time I was blown away - it was clean, smelled nice, looked exactly like the designs and even had a bottle of champagne on a table for us. I took the time to write this review out because I know this team took the time to bring my vision to life. A+ experience

Great service, very informative

My husband and I contracted R&R Chicago for their Design-Build services earlier this year to renovate a home we just bought. For busy professionals such as ourselves (commercial bankers) we needed a team who is not only informative but is patient and understanding enough to guide us through the process. Their Design services did just that - we explored numerous options as far as layouts, designs, and material selections that could be done with the budget we gave them. Within a few weeks everything was ready and we accepted their proposal (though I don't believe it is required). Once the construction started it was on autopilot. There was a manager on site each day not only to oversee the contractors but also to make sure that anything we needed would be addressed right away. Outside a few times where a contractor would park in my spot (and was handled within 10 minutes of asking) everything was always under control. We referred them to my sister and her husband who are using them for another project later this fall. 10/10

I hired R&R Chicago for a home renovation where we relocated the plumbing for a new kitchen with an open floor plan for a flip. After interviewing 3 contractors I decided to go with R&R because they provided the best communication and were the first to submit an estimate.

The process after that went very smoothly- material was ordered right away, contractors did their work quickly and with little waste, job site was cleaned up at the end of every day, the work was done with a high level of quality and professionalism, and they completed the project within the confines of the agreed upon timeline.

I’ve used them on 2 other flips since then with similar results. I’ve been very pleased thus far working with this team and hope to continue working with them for years to come.

Hired them for a multi-family rehab in Hyde Park, they helped with design, permits, architecture, delivered a little early, kept the costs within budget, and even threw in the landscaping for free. Impressive work we will continue to use this firm
