Matt Rios is a bad contractor. I hired Mr. Rios to do a simple remodel in Sedona. He took months to start working on it and claims that it was because he was missing a shower pan. But he took my money and did a bad job. Mr. Rios hired sub contractor that he didn't pay and bad ones that couldn't do the job so I wasted money on my tiles, my baseboards, my paint job. Mr. Rios didn't follow the contract and he is always starving for money. So he will come out with excuses and if you don't give him money when he asked he threatens to put a lien. He takes disrespect the law and will make your project a nightmare.
He lies and steal. Be careful.
