R&R Construction

Ron Rogers is, perhaps, the most dishonest person I have ever encountered. He'll approach you with promises of honesty, integrity, work that stays ahead of the money, and a work ethic that will rival the Puritans. But, once the contract with him is signed, he'll use the money you give him to fund other projects he's working on. Observe him closely on Thurs. afternoon. You'll notice a very nervous man, wondering if he can make payroll on Friday. He will inevitably ask you for money that goes beyond your agreed upon budget, and he'll stop working altogether in the middle of a project--leaving you high and dry--if he doesn't get what he's asked for. Conversations that took place a day before will be denied as having ever taken place. And the emotional toll his immoral business practices inevitably take on you and your family are incalculable. I wouldn't trust Ron Rogers and R & R Construction to tell me the time, much less build a bird house for me. If you are given the choice between (a) letting your home go into disrepair or (b) hiring Ron Rogers to repair your home--we'll, go with option (a), because option (b) is really the same as (a), except that it'll cost you a lot more money!

I have enjoyed working with R and R. They were great at providing me with updates on the repairs, as well as sending me pictures of work when completed since we were not at the house during the repairs. If I had a question I always received a prompt response. When I hired an inspector to go look at the work, he said it was work well done. Everyone who has crawled under my house has commented on my new floors. R and R is a well rounded construction company and I use them for a variety of repairs on my property. Only regret I have is not hiring them for my pain job since at the time I already hired someone else. Ron does good work and I enjoy working with him.

This guy is not a contractor. He is a handyman who would like to be a contractor. (only for the extra $$$) He does not operate a legitimate business and does not or will not guarantee his work. I do not know how this site could possible rate him in the top 30% of the contractors in Albany, GA. Do not use this "contractor". I gave him one star only because the system will not allow a comment without at least one star. He deserves none.
