Use at your own risk. I had two main issue, 3 small weak spots in the floor (part of the underfloor to be repaired right next to each other) and light damage in the small bathroom due to water leaking down over the tub from showers, my insurance quoted 900 to fully replace the bathroom floor but because of how it was damaged it couldn’t be claimed. I hired him to fix the bathroom floor of which I even talked about flooring options I wanted and showed pictures and to fix the 3 weak spots in the under floor. When he first answered the phone I was sure I had the wrong number because he just simply answered it as hello, but later apologized and said he was sick so I left it at that, when he came and looked at the floor for all of it he quoted me 1800 and wanted 800 up front to get working. The cost was a little high but I wanted the job done and it’s helping a local small business so I said okay..... that’s when it went down hill... now he did arrive and start working within hours of the payment but first he tried fixing o my two of the weak spots and saying the bathroom was how it should be, then was made to finish the third as well as the bathroom (now I am a truck driver and away from home a lot so I had someone there to keep an eye but what they didn’t tell me till after it was done was that he did a little work on the under floor and spent less than $100 on materials by the looks of it... the bathroom looks like shit with a new hole I can put my hand through and he never replaced the upper floor instead telling me he would do it for free with a custom shower that I had been considering... as for the three weak spots he took and tossed the tac strip, as well as some of the padding under the carpet and threw them away so I just have massive tripping hazards from spots where the carpet was cut to get to the under floor. I can not recommend this company to anyone... by the pictures he showed me he has decent full remodels and custom showers but it just seemed he saw it as quick cash and told me the job was finished before it was to get the rest talking about how he needed the money for his mortgage.... on a positive note the three weak spots seem decently done for the under floor. I will be going through the bbb and filing my complaint to see what can be done (on a side note I redid through insurance my kitchen floor, laundry room as well as master bath for just over 5k and this small bathroom was a fraction of the size). Update, as of 7/21/19 His contractor license is still suspended and will possibly be permanently suspended soon. Currently going through the collection process to get my funds back
