I called Ray Ramirez from a Craigslist ad to fix the AC unit. He talk to my husband and he went to the unit and he told my husband that he fixed the unit. When I asked Ray Ramirez to give a detailed invoice about what was done to the unit, receipts for the parts how many pounds of freon were used, price per pound, receipts for the freon used, Ray Ramirez only told me that he only added freon to the unit that he did not fix it. That he could not give warranty when he only added freon and the unit has a leak that it was not fixed. I was very dissapointed as he took advantage of my husband telling him that he fixed the unit when he charged $800.00 for it and he did not fixed. He is threating me over the phone regarding this issue instead of providing the documents that we are asking.
Work was not done as promissed. The repairs needed to be done were not done. Adding freon without repairing the leaks is throw away money. He made my husband to sign something in his phone and he did not provide a copy of what you signed. No warranty was given as the work was not done as promissed. Ray Ramirez very dishonest person!!! Do not trust him!!!!

AHS assigned RR Heating and Air to fix my central AC. The problems were: compressor noisy and tripping circuit breaker, circulating pump (under furnance) making a noise that sounds like a seal barking with kennel cough, and AC taking longer to cool house.
Ray called me the day after I filled a service request out with AHS. He was gruff but polite and we set up an appointment for Monday (11/08) morning.
David arrived Monday morning. Since he was mentioned in a positive light in other yelp reviews, I felt that he would be able to fix the problems. David did not call or text in advance so I could put my dog away. He did not follow COVID protocols. The first thing he told me was that my system needed refrigerant because there was a leak and it would cost me $165 a pound and AHS would only pay $10 a pound. I asked if I could see the gauge. When we looked at it later, there was no leaking and the level was normal. He then looked at the circulating pump put some water in the tubing and said "problem fixed". WRONG - Pump still intermittently noisy. When I told David that my Compressor was making noise, taking longer to cool the house, and occasionally tripping the circuit breaker, he said that it was the wiring. David told me that some dry wall might have to be torn down in order to get to the wiring and that his company doesn't repair dry wall. He did not do any diagnostics on the wiring. I asked if RR Heating and Air employed an electrician to test and repair the wiring, he said no. I guess David has supernatural powers and knew what was wrong by osmosis. David said he would submit a report to his manager who would submit the report to AHS and he left.
This evening I got an email from AHS stating that I needed to call them ASAP. When I called, AHS informed me that RR Heating and Air said that the wiring damage was due to misuse and AHS denied my claim. In the report to AHS, RR Heating and Air said that they would fix the wiring for $2,000 (out of my pocket).
I guess if you don't fall for RR Heating and Air refrigerant con, RR Heating and Air tells AHS that you maliciously broke your AC.
Hey David, your truck has an oil leak. Thanks for leaving a sample on my driveway!
