I don't have anything bad to say about the final results of the job they did. My only negative comment is that I had to have them come back on two occasions shortly after the job to address some cosmetic and functional issues with the installation. On the positive side of that they took care of the issues very quickly. As for the job itself, they were punctual and the crew was courteous. Keep in mind that I am very experienced with home repairs and grew up around the trades so I know what to look for. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being horrible and 10 being far exceeds expectation, I'd rate them as solid 8 to 8.5. This company has been in business for a long time in our area and I know of at least three other roofs they have installed in the recent past. They also have a reputation for standing by their work based upon my experience and at least one recent issue with a neighbor's house right after an unexpected windstorm blew the shingles from the roof before they had a chance to seal. I'd use them again.
