    This company was a pleasure doing business with. We just needed some electrical evaluations done and they were the nicest couple. So helpful and went above and beyond in their customer service. They checked and fixed the issues we were concerned about. Gave my hubby suggestions on minor repairs. They make you feel like you've known them for years. Great customer service and professionalism.

    Fix a shower leak
    $400

    Absolutely disgusted with this contractor. They were called out by my insurance company to do a plumbing evaluation. R&S called me prior to even coming to my location. I gave them the details on the issues I could see visually. The plumber then said it could be a seal issue or will have to replace the showered system. The plumber then advised me that they would call me when they were coming to evaluate the overall issue. They never called me, instead, they submitted a 1,365$ ticket to my insurance company for the cost to repair. My insurance wanted them to provide how they came up with this number. I mean I could have bought 5 brand new systems for what they were trying to charge. This company is deceitful and will rip you off anyway they can.

    Hi Mr. Rowland. Sorry for your displeasure. However, we had this work order reassigned because this was not something we work on and never gave the insurance company a price. Not sure where this price came from because we never looked at the job, other than the picture you sent us.
