I've been waiting since June 27th for them to come and fix my AC that they didn't service correctly on June 10th. I've called everyday since June 28th (except July 1, because I had to bury my baby sister). I was told that it would be fixed yesterday June 5th by the technician that finally had come out on June 30th. However, all I get is excuses and it's been a constant runaround with the receptionist who answers the phone, Brittany or Stephanie. Yesterday when I told her the expectation wasn't set correctly, she raised her voice and hung up in my face. Today when I call, no one answers. my calls have gone unreturned. I have diabetes, my son had asthma, and even my puppy is sick from the heat. it'll be over 100 degrees all week. Think they care? My home warranty (Fidelity Home Warranty) won't switch me to a new company to have my AC unit fixed. So we seem to be stuck in this heat until R&T Mechanical decides to do their job. I've requested to speak to the owner but I haven't gotten a call or response. This is ridiculous and unacceptable! I never want to use them again, I'm canceling my home warranty company as well b/c this should NOT be the type of businesses they contract!
