    R3 Homes did a great job on a remodel project at our second home. This included new/ updated flooring and upgraded bathrooms.

    The staff at R3 are very customer oriented. They were continually responsive to what we wanted. Whenever there was an issue or a small change, they listened and did what we wanted without question. They have great subcontractors, including an expert tile installer, outstanding carpet/ floor sub, countertops, plumbing, lighting. . . you name it, they had a subcontractor that could do the work. Having these subcontractors available is not an easy task due to the distance our house is from town. But R3 had the subcontractors and they did a really good job.

    We appreciated R3 continually making suggestions for improvement as they proceeded with the project. For example, they found that our smoke alarms were out of date and installed new ones. They noticed there was a leak from the roof that we thought we had fixed earlier. They took the initiative to find the source of the leak and recommended a new roof which we had installed from one of their outstanding subcontractors. They had a new bathroom cabinet built, absorbing the initial cost of the cabinet when the subcontractor went out of business. These are all examples of R3 taking the initiative to make our project even better than originally conceived.

    Overall, we are very happy with the work that R3 completed for us and would recommend them to others in the Bend/ Redmond Oregon area.
