In November of 2019, Herman Rabb was hired for a fire restoration which included him installing a "New" heating/cooling system. As of yesterday, M
March 26th, 2020, (4months later), we had NO air...I called a "reputable" company only to find, the unit Herman Rabb supposedly installed was never completed. Lines to the unit were never cut in, ran, or installed...He was paid a total of $2,900.00 for this project alone. I now have to spend an additional $2,700.00 to replace his entire unit. My son has breathing problems & can not be over heated. This guy turned out to be a liar , & a scammer. I wouldn't recommend him for a prayer. I'm having nightmares about my experience with him. He should NOT be licensed...
