I have had Tom do several projects for me. Two of which were major projects (roof and a new dock at my shore house). I have always been satisfied with Toms work. He is flexible and fairly priced, and I will most definitely use him again for future projects.

Terrible “contractor” if you can even call him that and such a dirty worker . We had Tom Radcliffe take on our kitchen demo/foyer and bathroom project. Everything he touched he broke. He should have his license taken away. We have to rip out everything he did and start over from the 500 sq feet of tile floor he laid down improperly to the backsplash disaster, to framing all my cabinets wrong, breaking my cabinets, using the wrong nails to put door handles on all my cabinets to making big holes on the other side. Nothing is aligned straight, doesn’t know how to finish anything and will tell you everything is personal preference all the way down to broken tiles laid and not using mortar to even lay them down. Do not hire him you will get screwed I promise and at $400 a day we were taken advantage of and naive to his “work”. I got over 300 pictures to prove it!!

Absolutely horrible hack. He was subcontracted by Cabinets to Go to install a kitchen. I can honestly say that with only an hour or two of instruction, my 16yr old son could have done a better job! So bad in fact that every cabinet is damaged. He used drywall screws through the interior, finished faces of every cabinet to attach them together! Sharp points of those screws are sticking out into the adjoining cabinets everywhere! Sticking out into the interior of the cabinets where one would rip their hands open on them when reaching in to retrieve an item!! His trim joinery is atrocious! Tons of wood putty and touch up paint that looks absolutely horrible! Cabinets are all out of alignment, almost every single handle is crooked, and he damaged the kitchen walls and brand new floor! What makes it worse is that he refuses to be a grown up and accept responsibility for his horrible workmanship. If I could upload pictures of this mess I would.
