    We hired Patrick and his business partner, Juan at in November 2013 to complete renovations on our home, after a previous contractor was doing an extremely poor job of it. Dunn had quoted U.S. A price and a time frame to finish the work. We had thought they had their own crew that did jobs with them. After a few weeks of on again, off again work, they should of had the job near completion. Part of the Reno was to lay laminate flooring in 3 rooms. Their "worker" had laid the flooring wrong. When we came to check on the progress one day, no one was working. We walked around to look at things and noticed the floor kept going up and down with our steps. When we brought it to Dunns attention, he simply said.. Oh, it must have been laid too tight and its bowing. Come to find out, most of Dunns workers are just general laborers, with little or no experience at all. Which is why the flooring was put down incorrect. Dunn barely did any of the work, until he had to, after his workers stopped showing up. It took them almost 2 months to complete the renovations. Which were mostly painting, laying the flooring, etc. It took them almost 4 more weeks than quoted, to finish.
    Fast forward to a year... Or better. Now, the flooring in hallway is gapping, we discovered the entrance doors that we paid them $400 a piece... Times three, to install, had the incorrect length screws holding the door into the jamb. The screws we took out... 1/2" long!!!! They were too incompetent or too lazy to drill into the concrete, to ensure proper stability of the doors. The more we live in our home, the more things we are noticing that were short cut things they did to keep from doing things properly.
    This renovation that we had them do, cost us almost $15,000. We paid for the flooring, vanities, etc.
    I would never recommend this company to anyone... Ever!!!
