We hired Radigan Remodeling to replace our existing wooden ramp, with an ADA concrete ramp. Long story short, this project took almost 13 months from the time we sent our deposit check (over $5,000) until completion. Only reason I didn't select one star (terrible) is that Gavin and Misti were both pleasant people. Unfortunately they didn't do a professional job completing the project in a timely manner. To top it off, I received a telephone call inquiring about final payment, less than 1 week after completion. So, let me get this straight it takes almost 13 months to complete a project, but you want to be johnny on the spot (less than a week) to pick up your money. Didn't leave me with a very good taste in my mouth. Would never use this contractor again.

We had Radigan Remodeling do repairs, restoration and remodeling on our 1930's home in Fairmount hills. The work was very well done, on time and on budget. Also had them do a high end commercial build out on a restaurant on SE Belmont in Portland that was great and still gets compliments to this day. Highly recommended.
