Rafael and Iris Roofing

I recently got my flat roof done over a small room. Like many I was victim to the winter rains. Noem cam out and explained to me the process and the products that would be used, in great detail. She works very hard to to make sure you get the quality products. Noam, Aviv and Ruben did a good professional job. Thank you, I am happy with my roof. :)

Noam, the contractor, taught me so much about the roofing business and the way Rafael and Iris Roofing conduct their business. Their crew were so professional, knowledgeable in what my roof needed, and worked in an efficient and timely manner. Noam was always available to answer questions that I had from the beginning of the process to the end. Because of Noam and Rafael and Iris Roofing, I have a beautiful new roof. I will recommend them to any people who need a roof or any other construction needs. I intend to use Rafael and Iris Roofing for other construction needs in the future. I’m glad my research into roofing companies lead me to Rafael and Iris Roofing and Noam.

Noa, Reuben and the rest of the team did a great job replacing my Spanish tile roof and installing gutters. Noa was very communicative throughout the project and made sure that it stayed on schedule. The team thoroughly cleaned up each evening before they left which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

I got 4 bids bids for my total roof replacement. All were within about +-10% of each other in price. Only Noa from Raphael & Iris gave a detailed presentation about the roofing process, contracting in California, the new regulations, and what to watch out for. Not being good with colors I asked her to pick a color from among the LA compliant shingles and based on feedback from people in my life she did a great job. Rueben and his team did a great job protecting my property, demolishing the old roof, installing the new on and cleaning up after. He even picked up the skylight (that I was supposed to supply) for me. Everything looks great and no punctured tires in the driveway since.

From the start, the owner, Aviv, was excellent at communicating. He swiftly responded to our queries, addressed our concerns, and sent us aerial photos documenting the progress. We were worried about how a roofer would work around our solar panels, and Aviv reassured us and took care of removing and reinstalling them. Hila in the office was great. The crew was competent and considerate. We liked that he was transparent about licensing and insurance, and he clearly laid out the costs, what was covered, and the payment schedule. And our roof looks great!

I spent about two months looking for a contractor to fully replace our roof which was leaking since the abnormally wet winter began here in January. When Noam came to our house and explained literally everything you need to know about the roof and our options, I immediately felt relieved. She was extremely knowledgeable about roofing systems and helped us chose the right shingles, vents, etc. Their estimate was the second cheapest estimate we received, and we ultimately decided to go with them because it was clear they knew their stuff. The roof turned out beautiful and exactly how we wanted it. Their staff was polite, respectful of our home, and did a great job cleaning up and detailing the house when the work was completed (picking up nails, paining railings that got dirty, etc.). I highly recommend them. Their workmanship and attention to detail for such a reasonable price makes them hard to beat!

Working with Rafel & Iris Roofing was a great experience. This company is family owned and they stand by their work. Pricing was competitive and they were the only company to provide actual pricing during the initial estimate. They did not play games like the other four larger contractors that I received estimates from. Rafel & Iris Roofing utilized quality personnel to do the work. Any small discrepancies which are common on all jobs were handled and taken care of immediately. They were truly a one stop shop for my roofing job which included full roof demo, solar pannel removal, new roof install, new solar bracket install, reinstalltion of solar pannels, new gutters, roof eve replacements and attic insulation replacement. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. They are not pushy on their sales and only have the homeowners best interest in mind. My project manager Aviv handled all city permitting and inspections. With all the rain we have had, their work has been tried and tested by the elements with no issues. Don't waste your time with other roofing contractors, go with Rafel & Iris Roofing.

We worked with Noa L. as our project manager and she kept us updated with everything, even fast-tracking our roofing project due to rain on our original scheduled start date. We’ve had issues with contractors in the past not communicating or taking a long time to complete the project and were so happy to have found Noa and team because they finished it in a timely fashion. 5 stars all the way!

I strongly recommend Rafael and Iris Roofing. It was a pleasure and a privilege to meet professional, reliable, and honest people. From beginning to end I was impressed by their commitment to customer service. Aviv was always available for questions and comments. He also took some great photos with a little drone so that I could see the finished product from above. The job was to reroof our 1922 home. They removed 3 old roofs, installed OSB, applied all necessary layers, and completed the new roof with some beautiful Owens Cornings tiles. Not only did Aviv give me an excellent price, but they did excellent work from the beginning, cleaned up each day, and ensured that the job was correctly and efficiently done. I confidently give them my absolutely highest recommendation.

I requested a quote from Rafael and Iris Roofing soon after a major storm system did some major damage to the roof above my porch. A representative came very soon after I requested a quote and went in depth into the process, timeline and materials. The work was done quickly and I was made aware of the wood replacement my very old roof needed. I would give 5 starts but I'm going with 4 because some damage was done to the the gate and a window in the process by the roofers and because I wish communication would have been stronger and more streamlined throughout the process. I had to ask for an invoice on letterhead, breakdown of additional expenses, follow up about receipts and follow up about the damage that was done. I appreciate the enthusiasm of the project manager and that my requests were met in the end, however.

Noa, the super viser of Rafael & Iris Roofing , did for us a beautiful roof. she was very highly recommended and responsive and explained to us and was clearly about all the information about the roof and the construction. we really happy tha we did our roof with that loyalty company and Noa was so nice and friendly!! feel glad to be part of the family of Rafael & Iris Roofing!

Rafael & Iris roofing is the BEST EVER!! We decided to go with them for two reasons. First, the cost was VERY reasonable and competitive. Second, we REALLY liked and were impressed with the Saleman, Leo. Leo was SUPER KIND and he was able to answer all of our questions. He is very well-versed in the field.
We decided to replace our whole roof. The crew was able to do so in just THREE days. The worked is inspected by the city twice and each time, the city told me that the work was stellar and better than other jobs they have to approve.
Any minor problems we came across, Leo was able to resolve with speed and professionalism.
We also REALLY LIKED the owner, Aviv. Aviv checked in a few times to make sure we were happy with the project.
I cannot tell you enough just how happy we are with this roofing company. We are also pleased with the warranty offered.

I got 3 estimates for my roof and gutter replacement. Rafael And Iris Roofing by far gave the most thorough written proposal as soon as they were done -- having spent more than 90 minutes on my roof (everyone else sent theirs a day or two later and only one came close to the level of detail of Rafael And Iris Roofing). Aviv spent another 30 minutes walking me through their proposal, showing me pictures they had taken, explaining recommendations and answering my questions. The resulting work was high quality, on time, in budget and nothing was too much trouble for Aviv, Lisa and Carlos throughout. Excellent customer service, good price, fast work, great cleanup!

Rafael And Iris Roofing is great! From start to finish they are professional and hard working. Aviv, The owner sold me immediately, he is knowledgeable, prepared and ready to make a sale. He came with not only knowledge of his work, but all materials that go into a great roofing job. I highly recommend seeing Aviv if you need a new roof or repairs. Lisa who was my project coordinator was very professional as well. Workers on my roof were also wonderful, showed up early and ready to go! I really can not emphasize enough how impressed I was working with this company. We went through the lengthy process of interviewing multiple roofing contractors and at the end of the day landed on Rafael And Iris Roofing. There pricing was very competitive and the customer service was far beyond what you typically receive from other contractors in Los Angeles. I really have to reiterate again though how impressed we were with there team and how easy they made everything. I thought having our homes roof redone was going to be fairly stressful and this was far easier to deal with then just about every other project we have done recently, and there have been a lot! If you're looking for a roofing contractor, I would highly suggest you give them a call!

R&I Roofing once again came through for us handling a total roof replacement from start to finish. Aviv dealt with the ongoing insurance company communications throughout the process with incredible patience and ensured that we were able to get exactly what we wanted for a final product. Carlos went the extra mile on a last minute change in materials that made a big difference in our satisfaction with the integration of the new shingles with our existing siding and trim colors. And Lisa carefully coordinated the crew's final steps to achieve the best possible blend of existing features with the new installation. It was incredible to see the amount of work completed quickly, with care for our yard and safety of our pets and children in mind.
