Rafi of Rafael Painting Services was one of the most helpful contractors I have dealt with. I was in need of sprucing up my parent's condo to prepare it for sale and brought in Rafael Painting Services to do the painting. When I mentioned what I had planned, Rafi went out of his way to help me with all the other details needed to get the condo ready including the plumbing, lighting/electrical, carpeting, cabinetry, electrical, basically everything. He recommended the other contractors, helped me negotiate and was on top of everyone to get the job done and done right! Because of his help I was able to turn the condo around in under two weeks which helped me secure an offer that closed in two weeks.
