    Rafael gave us a bid to paint our whole house. We chose him as he said all the right things, but he completely underbid and we had to order five times the amount of paint that he said and he took no responsibility for it. He just kept saying that our house soaked in so much paint, but if he’s actually a painter, he should’ve been able to see that when he made the bid. As well, he recommended his “cousin“ to roof our house. The guy is not even related to rafael and he did a terrible job on the roof and it’s already leaking and Rafael will not help us out in any way. He lied about his relationship with the roofer (at least from what the roofer said that came out to check on things, but would give us no answers except that he said he was not related to rafael ) and on the bid we got from the roofer it said INC which means it’s incorporated, but it is our thinking that it’s probably not even a licensed roofing company. I would never ever use Rafeal again for a painting job. As well his crew left garbage all over and didn’t clean it up.
