Rafael is a scam artist. After he took the money and ran I sued him in small claims court. He didn't even bother to show up. Needless to say he lost. Buyer beware!

Rafael Jarimill is a scam artist. He will take you money and run. He may start work on your project but will not finish. I just got back from court and recieved a judgement against him for abandoning my project. It was very interesting because there was another couple at court suing him for the same reason.

Rafael Jaramillo (Ballion) of Rafael's Tree Service is a rip-off artist. He came to our house, contracted to do multiple jobs, finished most of our fence (other than staining it) and then disappeared with our money. Come to find out, he has more than 20 small claims court complaints filed against him, and actually has a warrant for his arrest for fraud. Do not hire this guy, even if his "references" check out. Odds are, they are either family members or friends who are in on the scam.
