Lenny with Raindance Plumbing has gone above and beyond for us. We used him for a remodeled bathroom first, and he did a great job and was very reliable. Then when we were ready to remodel our kitchen, we called him again. We had some setbacks with some of the other contractors, and we were on a very tight deadline. Our drywallers were supposed to start hanging drywall the next day, so that cabinets could be installed the day after that. The other contractors told me that it couldn't get done in time...that we would have to delay the cabinet install. Lenny said that although he had an emergency call to take care of, he would come back that night and get the job finished.
He finished the emergency call and came back at 10 pm. He worked until 3:00 am re-routing plumbing lines, running a gas line, and running a water line for a pot filler above the stove. It was unbelievable. I still can't believe his commitment to customer service. He deserves an award. We were able to have the drywallers start in the morning and the cabinet install went as planned. We will have a kitchen for Christmas! I can't tell you how happy my husband and I are, along with our 3 kids.
I would recommend Lenny with Raindance Plumbing to anyone. He is committed, timely, and I totally trusted him in our home. Thank you Lenny! We are so grateful!
