RPG Builders is an excellent custom builder. Attention to detail and finishes are better than any "community" builder I have seen and I searched through MANY in the Ocean Isle Beach/Shallotte area. Owner of company is on-site all the time to make sure all work is being done according to future homeowners wishes. He also makes sure the worksite is left clean every day. While I built during some supply chain issues, my home was completed in 8 months from time the lot was cleared. Quality home and thoroughly satisfied.
