Rainier Roof Restoration

I had rainier roof restoration do some repairs about five years ago. I was satisfied with the work because they found some damage that was overlooked by a previous company that had been treating it for years.
Last year (2021) rainier clean the roof for me (pressure wash—which was not necessary) as the roof did not have a lot of moss/liken or mildew on it. My fault for not insisting on having it blown instead. My downspouts are attached to an underground system The workers did not disconnect the downspouts and clean them. Yet Anthony charged me for cleaning them, when all the workers did was wash the debris off of the roof into the downspouts. When I talked with Anthony about the downspouts he said that they were cleaned, and if the workers had disassembled them he would have to charge me more. I trusted the so-called experts. On 6/28/22, I stupidly had rainier roof restoration clean my roof again. Again it was pressure washed with my water. The workers did not discuss what they did with me or gave me an invoice of what they did before they left. I did ask one of the workers if they used any cedar shakes bundle on the roof. He said three. After the workers left, I went around the house and did a visual inspection. I found 2 of the downspouts disconnected, a water hose I had attached to a faucet disconnected. When I went inside the house I found my Wi-Fi disconnected. I also found that my sprinkler system was inoperable. On 6/2922, I called rainier roof restoration office to explain the above, and to have the workers come back to fix my downspouts. The office person said that she would relay my message to Anthony. Anthony called, I answered, but he did not say anything. I called him back. He answered and was very fresh (disrespectful). His voice was raised; he said to me that I need to oil my roof or else it won’t last much longer (want to charge me $5000.)That I won’t listed to him, so he doesn’t want to work on my roof any more.
