Do not use. Very unprofessional. They do not show up when promised. Work is cheap and will not warranty cracks after 6 months. They claim I abused the concrete. It is a rear patiio with little use.

They requested full payment before doing the job. And then disappear for a few month. Poor communication, unable to fulfill his promise. Always make up excuse for not showing up. Dishonest and it should not be in business.

They wanted half the money up front but never started project when they were supposed to. They kept saying they were going to start the following day, and then would never show up or call. It was also difficult to get a hold of them. Eventually they came and do most of the work that they were hired to do, but in the end they did not even come back to the property to completely finish the job. The work that was done was completed at a much later date than was ever communicated. There was really poor communication the entire time, and in the end not worth the headache of working with this company

Rainland contracted to demo my existing driveway, adjacent pad, front walkway, and install drain in front of garage. Pour a new walkway for wheelchair access in front of my house, and asphalt along roadway to driveway. They promised the concrete work would be done within the week. They quickly cashed a check, worked for a few days. six weeks later the forms are not finished nor is the gravel base. All i get is more no shows and excuses. Terrible customer service and dishonest people. Do not use!!!

I instructed the owner what needed to be done. We were adding and ADU to the house and it had an unfinished basement that needed concrete. The inside dimension was supposed to be 82" all throughout the space. Then we talked about the door leading outside and how there was a beam so we had to go down so the inside dimension of the rough in door was again 82". Ilongi said no problem we can dig this out and go back one more step to make that happen. When he was done I couldn't measer the space until the next day since it was still wet. Once I measured it was 81" at the highest in a few spots but for the most part under 81" throughout the entire space that he worked. The door and stairs are another story. He didn't go down another step and therefore my entryway is only 76". Not at all ADU compliant. I called him the next morning and he said I'll come look at it on the following Monday. He then wanted me to pay for the additional repairs of his error. We finally came to an agreement and he said he would be at the job on a Thursday only to never show up or return my calls.

Rainland Concrete and Consrtuction should be removed from your list entirely. Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about them except that the father, who did my original estimate, was very professional, informative and reasonable and that is why I chose the company to do my work. There are multiple sons working in this business and I got one that was disrespectful, rude, abusive of my property and most defintely did not do a professional job. I have had the father come out and see the work and he agrees. The son is upset that I did that because even tho they all use the same license number they don't work together. I am frustrated and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

this company took 3 months to do a concrete driveway. As part of the work, they were to decommission a heating oil tank. Since January, I have called them frequently to get the DEQ certificate they say they were obtaining. I always leave them a message but never get a return phone call. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Do not use this company! They have been "working" on our job for 3 months - and it still isn't finished. The work they have done is subpar - and they have not completed it to our specifications. They say they will be out and never show up. Would not even give them one star.

I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing they are ripping people off! I had exactely the same experience as the others in their reviews. The father knows what needs to be done and does a great job explaining what they are going to do. He collected half up front, and stupidly I gave him the rest before they had completed the stamped concrete patio. He never came back to power wash off the releasing agent, he never came back to seal the concrete. I had to do both of these myself. I guess I feel lucky the patio actually got poured and stamped within a week, but it took another week to realize they were not coming back to finish. Now I'm terrified the concrete won't hold up, because it's already chipping at the corners. Don't get swayed with their low ball prices. You get what you pay for. And in the future I will ALWAYS search for reviews.
