    Build new home

    I agree with the above poor reviews. Poor planning, terrible attention to detail, unwillingness to follow through on their 1 year warranty and do whatever they can to displace blame, limit options for their so called "customized" home, little interest in making clients happy with their homes.

    VERY poor work and craftsmanship, lots of empty promises. Builder is not following up on hired contractors work, no attention to detail. Buyer beware, once they have your money they are gone, Bye Bye
    They OVER PROMISE and UNDER DELIVER. Even though you have a 1 year warranty, no issues / repairs are approved by builder. Expect to make your own repairs within 1 year. Their response will be "normal homeowner maintenance".

    This builder / contractor is not concerned about building a quality home to meet the customers expectations. They are unorganized, hire below average subs, lack attention to detail, missed all deadlines, make false promises, etc. Do your homework and get everything writing with these guys. Buyer beware!
