When their crew was onsite they were incredibly fast. But the not once showed up, when they said they would. Guarantees were made of completion times, that weren't met. The owners made promises to be on-site to make up for the delays, never happened. Clean up was 90% complete, owner never showed to finalize, I had to remove all the nails from my driveway. Concessions were attempted, in a half asked effort to make good on the delays, the owner never showed. Even the payments were arranged and employees left ne on the hook for hours to pay them. As a contractor, I wouldn't recommend this company, Quality work at the customers inconvenience seems to be the motto

I hired Raise the Roof Construction for a remodeling project of my house & had a VERY DIFFICULT time with the owner. When the crew was on-site they were incredibly fast even on the days when they only had one crew member working. After the owner was approached about the contract amount being higher than the estimate amount when there had been absolutely no changes made the owner came up with a list of items to charge us for to try and make up for some of the difference. Wanting to charge us extra for painting the ceilings and the doors while the contract stated paint "entire interior of home" not to mention that I had a text where I had sent him the color of all the doors prior to the project even being started and he didn't mention a thing about an additional fee at that time. All the other costs I paid someone else to do for a lot less and that person ended up being my contractor when I let Raise the Roof Construction go after he came into my home yelling at me and I had had enough of his unprofessionalism. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody!
