Ryan Koosman, the owner of Rak Inc is a crook. He will lie to your face and cut every corner possible just to save money. Never buy a house from Rak Inc. Believe me, you will regret that decision, especially if it involves having to communicate with Ryan Koosman. He will not honor the one year home warranty and will lie time and time again or just stop communicating altogether. I'm honestly not sure how he sleeps at night knowing how he screwed over so many people that unfortunately bought his homes.
