We work with management companies as well as individual homeowners, with projects ranging from small paint jobs to complete renovations. With experience in all phases of construction, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring etc. Our projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and in a timely manner.

As a father and son run company we take pride in our work and stand behind our quality. We along with our staff work closely with clients throughout every step of the project. We know that to our customers a renovation is something very personal, and in many cases something that they have waited and saved up for. That is why we treat every project as if it were our own home remodel. Our goal is to convert living spaces into something unique that people will enjoy for years to come.

    I hired Raka for a kitchen renovation that included installing new quartz countertops, new sink and fixtures, new appliances as well as painting of the entire 1-bedroom apt. Raka did an excellent job, was very professional, and met all expectations on timing and quality of work. They even went above and beyond with helping me obtain a specific sink by picking up the sink at a special retailer. I would hire them again for a project in NYC and would highly recommend them.

    I can strongly recommend this contractor. Raka representative, Jazz, handled the job in my apartment that was finished in 2019. This involved remodeling the kitchen with new appliances, countertops, tile work, plastering, painting and various minor modifications. Since it was not a really big job by Manhattan standards, and involved fitting new things with old cabinetry, some other contractors were uninterested. Jazz was enthusiastic in getting a very reasonable bid, and in promptly carrying out the work. The work was all perfectly executed and the workers were very neat. I have a second home where I've had all sorts of contracting work done over many years, but no experience there was as flawless and reasonably priced as the job Raka did. Unqualified positive recommendation from me.
