Ralph Schwab company installed the roof on our home 4 years ago. Last week, we noticed furnace vent sealant had come loose (can see light from the attic) and roof is leaking. I called multiple times - leaving messages every time. No one has returned my call yet, although their answering machine message misleadingly implies that they have a personal touch and somebody will call back. I'm having to hire another roofing company to come fix the problem. Repair was minor (less than an hour to inspect an repair the issue) but the fact that no one has returned my calls indicates that once they got paid, this roofer does not care about customers or their workmanship. Nobody should do business with Ralph Schwab or their associated companies.

Ralph Schwab company installed the roof on our new home (and many others in our neighborhood) 4 years ago. About a month ago, we noticed a few shingles had come loose. I called 3 different times in the last month - leaving messages every time. No one has returned my call yet, so I've had to hire another roofing company to come fix the damage. It's not a big deal - apparently a few shingles were not nailed correctly when installed. However, the fact that no one would return my call is a big deal to me. Sorry, I cannot recommend this company.
