Operating under the name of 1daybathrooms and later, familycustombath with address 395 Freeport Blvd, Sparks, we made a contract to install new bathrooms in our home which was carried out in Dec2012/Jan2013. Their work and the finished product was excellent at the time of completion. However, the surface finish of the materials began to deteriorate after a few months and Roger (Roger A. Mills - NV license no. 0057700) promised to replace.
This was towards the end of 2014 (his so called warranty states they will replace anything of this sort for a 'lifetime' - huh!!). Despite repeated attempts to further contact Mr.Mills or the business, it has been impossible - seems the bird has flown. He stated that his warehouse had been broken into and all materials and tools stolen but he would make good as soon as he recovered (this was about Sept.2014) - my wife and I were very sympathetic towards him and have waited patiently. Due to the fact that today, neither the business or Mr. Mills can be located by phone, email etc., I doubt the break-in was true but a ruse to play for time. I have tried to check police reports to no avail. NV State Contractors License Board refuse to help because the work was carried out in California (we live in Auburn). I have just called the number in Virginia City 775-8475777 which of course is now no longer in service.
