We worked with AJ on our roof replacement after hail storm damage. He has been extremely helpful. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. He came to make sure all was done properly and to pick up the extra stuff. We would highly recommend this company to do your job and to get it done right

Ram Roofing and I have had a hectic time with my house. But not because of Ram Roofing as a company it has to do with wasn’t doing his job by company standards and just doing what he wanted and then he up and quit with no notice and quit answering my phone calls leaving my house unfinished. It is amazing how one individual can try to sabotage a company. That is exactly what he tried to do with this company but I took pictures of the crew putting shingles over rotten wood. I forwarded the pictures on to Alex and Austin and they were very apologetic and said they would replace my roof at their expense. I am still working with them as this job this isn’t complete bc they were trying to get to the bottom of what happened with my house. Please note the post made by Kim H. is a miscommunication of what has happened with my house, she had it deleted the same day she posted but it still keeps showing up. She reached out to Buildzoom to have them remove it and we got confirmation that is was removed by them yet it still is visible. So please disregard as she misunderstood my situation.
Alex and Austin both have gone above and beyond to get my house figured out. I will post again once this job is completed.

Alex at Ram Roofing was awesome to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was handled without issue. The roofing team came in and completed the replacement in a day and cleaned up before leaving. The gutter team came a few days later and also completed the same day. Our experience with Ram was far above our expectation.

We have been working with Alex for the last several months on our new roof. He has been extremely helpful, always there to answer our questions ( which at times have been quite a few). Was in need of roof repair after last years wind storm. Was called by Ram Roofing and Alex came over. Vey helpful with my insurance company. Got the repair work started mid October. One horrible thing after another. 6 weeks of garbage before it was done. The stripped shingles stayed scattered around my house for a week. They kind of worked on it then a rain storm overnight to find it not sealed and water pouring in my attic and bathroom. Nobody tells the workers what I wanted. The bathroom ceiling was replaced. Total crap that took waaaaay to long and never will I use this company again. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy on this company
