Hiring Rambal Contractors was the best decision I could make. I live in Arizona and needed a complete renovation of an apartment in New York occupied by my special needs daughter. I flew there twice and then left everything in Jorge’s hands. He did a superb renovation, but he also helped my daughter make decisions and even went so far as to accompany her to purchase appliances so that they were the right size. He was always on time and his crew worked nine hours days. When unexpected things happened (like finding rot under the bathtub) he revised his plans and the work never stopped. The co-op required permits, licenses and an enormous amount of paperwork. Jorge jumped through hoops and fulfilled all the requirements. I could go on and on about his outstanding craftsmanship and helpfulness beyond the “contract “. I hope this review is believed because it is true that Jorge is that good

Spoke with Jorge for help locating an odor in my back room. He was responsive and arrived on time. Easily located where a raccoon had snuck in, cut through the drywall to remove it and repaired everything, paint and all in two days! His crew are also super professional and would definitively utilize them again for any home contracting needs. Thank you.

Jorge and his company, Rambal, were recommended to us by another highly-rated contractor for our apartment renovation. As we discussed the job with him, we found Jorge to be easy to talk to and a source of creative solutions to some of our design requests. After we hired him, we suffered many COVID-related delays, first from our coop management's work stoppages and then from appliance manufacturer delivery delays. I contracted Rambal to get repair work done on the windowsill in my bathroom that had been damaged from years of wear but also because the wrong material was used when it was renovated before I moved in. I also needed to get a light fixture replaced in a hallway. Simple, straight forward work. He gave me a good price on the work, showed up on time and did a great job with the repair. He also patched up some damaged areas in my bathtub and ended up removing some ugly shutters in my kitchen. The work was done in 3 hours and I'm very happy with the results. Jorge was easy to work with, was good with communication and professional. I would definitely use him again and certainly recommend him!
