    Driveway, walkways, floating steps

    We trusted RCC with a driveway, walkways and floating steps. Unfortunately they started the job over 2 years ago and have still not finished. They claimed to have done these type of steps in the past, but could never provide us with an address so we could see their previous work. The steps were not formed on site like originally discussed, but instead were fabricated at their shop which caused poor quality steps and breakage in transport. The steps are loose and they were placed improperly so they cover the electrical conduit for the lighting that we were supposed to have, but can no longer install. The owner Miguel is terrible with communication and would frequently not show up when scheduled and would decide to come when it was more convenient without ever calling or informing us of any change in plans. I last spoke to him in his office 8 months ago and he swore he was going to finish the job when he got his forklift fixed. He has never called and will not return phone calls or text messages. They damaged some of our existing concrete and did a terrible job with the repairs when they would accept responsibility. Miguel is extremely unprofessional and their overall quality is not worth the high prices. Learn from my $50,000 mistake and go somewhere else for your concrete needs.
