Had my roof done two years ago. And had a major water leak that leaked into my bathroom through the sky light. Asked for him to come and look and another roofer, and was told that the flashings were never replaced when I put the roof on. I asked Ramirez to come back and fix it and all he did was put new cock over the old cracked cock. Never offered to help fix the wet dry wall, paint, wet insulation. Would not recommend this person no follow through.
