Never give this person money upfront. He will take your money, spend it on lawsuits from other homebuyers, and leave you with an incomplete house. The worst experience of our lives.

make shure the home is finished before you pay a dime. Once he has the money he will do nothing he promised. Less then two years old foundation is cracking. He cut every corner he could. Your better off with another contractor

Do not hire him for any kind of work! He didn’t finish the job in 3 months as promised but closer to a year (remodeling only). I can’t even say he completed it since some things are still incomplete. Our brand new wooden floors were anything but brand new. The master bedroom had a scratch about 6 ft long. The people he hires to the work don’t know how to properly do it. Just horrible business practice.
