I'm really stretching at 2 stars. Our house burned down March 2021. We lost everything. We hired Ramon in May or June to design our rebuild. The very first time we saw him, he said he would have something by Monday. Two weeks later we are calling to find out what happened. This is how it's been. He doesn't nothing until he's pushed to do it. Now we are faced with a lease that's ending in May and the house is already on the market. Had Ramon done his job like he should have, we wouldn't be in this crisis now. We are waiting on permits because for the past few months he led my husband to believe this was all submitted and going as planned. Then, when he finally does it, they have so many issues and questions that he has to take care of. So now here we are, 6 months or so after hiring him in a crisis situation and things still aren't done. While planning, not once did he send correct drawings. He always left something off or did his own thing. And when I saw him, he told me it was his assistant's fault. I even told him, please don't force me to leave a negative review. But, here I am. He gave me no choice. I hope this review doesn't cause him to have more delays. That would be very bad. Because of him, I am stressed at the fact that we could be homeless... again. And he's not doing much to change my mind. I really hope he does better with other people. Not sure what we did to deserve such terrible service.
