What can I say about Ramos Painting.
Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews except when I receive exceptional results exceeding my expectations, or, when I find something seriously lacking.
I am sure you all have experienced anxiety trying to make your best possible decisions when hiring folks to work on your homes. It's almost a given some that some lingering thoughts haunt our minds after we choose. So first off, I look to professionalism. Then I listen intently. Answers tell me a lot. Candido, the owner, went over in great detail explaining his observations while inspecting the exterior of my 3-story home. He photographed everything, and a day later provided a detailed proposal indicating what was and not included. Along with his proposal was his insurance certificate and contractor's license attached.
OK. This guy is a serious and thorough businessman I told myself and his prices were more than fare based upon all the detailing that needed to be done...he got the job.
3 weeks later they started with a whole house power washing from the gutters down to the house skirt, and between the Rainey days were finished in 10 days.
Throughout the progress, every day, the work site was left clean and tidy. Mountains of drop cloths folded and packed, ladders stacked neatly.
The Ramos guys went over every inch of the house doing minor repairs where needed, caulked every joint along all the trim, and windows and methodically started the trim, finishing up with the field.
Every day after work I would do an inspection looking for short cuts or missed spots. There were none, telling me quality and pride in workmanship was paramount to this business.
I just stopped looking after 2 days
Folks, as I said up front, I seldom write reviews, but on this occasion, I can't help but not sharing my experience with Ramos because none of us want sub-par work, or feeling you got less than what you paid for.
These guys are serious detailed craftsman and take pride in their work.
I was blessed to have found them as I too am a perfectionist. I can honestly say, without reservation, they come highly recommended.
