    Many things, too numerous to list

    I cannot recommend this contractor. This is my brief detailed review. This contractor worked on a manufactured home and a town home a few years ago that we own. We are still dealing with the repairs to the work that was done by this company. Ramsay One was paid a sum close to $100K for two homes. Many alterations, painting and repairs were done, too numerous to name in this website. After several meetings with this contractor only one item was corrected. But there were many costly errors and damage that were not corrected by Ramsay One. We hired another company to replace a sink that was cracked by his employee when three poorly installed faucets were done in the bathrooms. Ramsay One installed a quartz slab that cracked and was never replaced or repaired. The quartz company was willing to replace the quartz but not the labor. Because of illness, hospital stays and Covid it was difficult for my husband and I to follow through. We hired another company to do some of the repairs. But it is still on going today. Where can I post the photos to show how the work was left? We are elderly and feel we were taken advantage of. Surprised Ramsay One is still in business.
