I used Ramsey Air through Amer Home Shield for problems with my heater and AC.The owner called same day and came next day.He repaired both very quickly.He did a great job and was very nice and professional.I highly recommend this company

I have had Chris previously when he put a new fan in my furnace. He did an outstanding job and the furnace is in great working condition. I had a call back for him to address another problem regarding uneven heating in my home. He did some adjustments on my heat vents which really helped. I highly recommend Ramsey Air and especially appreciate Chris' knowledge and excellent service. Very nice people! Joanne Miller

Our home warranty company sent Ramsey Air out. Was told someone would be here between 11 am & 2 pm. Chris Ramsey showed up right on time. It ended up being a simple fix for Chris. In the meantime I requested a price for replacement of our AC unit. Very competitive price. Will definitely be using them in the future for service needs as well as replacement.

It is 100° here today, so far! The air conditioning Contractor, Chris Ramsey, sent by American Home Shield, found that the unit was completely empty of Freon. He couldn't find a leak or oil on the coils where it would normally show if it was leaking. Then he found that a little tiny connector, where service men connect their test equipment, was the culprit. He charged it with Nitrogen to look for the leak and found it was coming from around that tiny fitting. He changed the fitting, tightened it down and then he charged it up completely, 6 lbs of freon at a typical cost of between $160.00 to $200.00 per pound. (According to the first guy we called) Chris found no other leaks in the system. I said him, "So we don't need to buy a new $10,000.00 Unit afterall?" And he said, "Nope, and they don't cost that much!" It is now charged up and running to cool our house, which had just reached 92° indoors. So, It is a good thing that we paid the monthly American Home Shield Advantage plan 2 months of coverage, that cost $58.00 per month, then we did have to wait one month before calling for service, at which time we paid $125.00. So, the first Repair man that we called, came out, in early June, and charged us $60.00 for a Tune Up, then wound up telling us that we needed to spend $10,000.00 for a new unit or at least Stop Leak and 6 lbs of Freon for which he would have charged us $1,200.00. Long story short, this summer cost us $60.00, in June, for nothing with first CLOWN that we hired and he cost us a 6 week wait, because he was dishonest or incapable of troubleshooting. Anyway, then we did the Home Warranty thing, 2 months of Coverage, $58 for the first month of coverage, then $58 for the second month of coverage, after waiting the minimum of 30 days before calling for a service call, we made the service request and paid the fee of $125. All said and done it cost us $241.00. That is a lot less than $1,200.00 or $10,000.00
It is now the middle of July, but well worth the wait! Thank you so much!!! Getting that Home Shield Warranty is the best thing we could have done! We really liked Chris Ramsey, of Ramsey Air, he was really nice and took the time to locate the tiny leak at the test fitting. So in the time it has taken to write this, the temperature out side has risen to 101° and the temperature inside has dropped from 92° to 87°. We are so happy! Thank you! We will recommend you to anyone who expresses a need for your services!!! -

Owner came to my house, was unable to perform the repairs, disassembled my furnace, and left without putting it back together. I called their office to notify them and the receptionist called me a liar. Then the owner called me, and refused to acknowledge or apologize for my mistreatment. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Absolutely abysmal.

We have been without heating and air conditioning for at least 2 years. Our home warrant company sent out another company who failed at everything. Finally we got Ramsey Air. They quickly responded with a friendly phone call and Chris promptly came out and diagnosed the problem. Within a week we had cool air again flowing through the house. Finally cool through 100 degree temps AND he diagnosed the heating problem! He got the parts and now we have heat...although it's still too hot to check it out.
This company is great and I heartily recommend them. -

Chris is very professional and fixed our prob in less than an hour. He did not even charge us extra for the refrigerant and 3in1 leak seal he placed. We are definitely going to request him the next time from our home warranty company (American Home Shield). He is very reliable and trustworthy.

Excellent service. Went through our First American Home Warranty and was scheduled with a different company 3 weeks out. Requested a 2nd company due to disabled spouse and need for AC functioning properly in the 100+ weather that was coming up. Within an hour we had a notice of an appointment the next day with Ramsey Air out of Hughson, CA. 1st visit, Chris Ramsey arrived and diagnosed the problem, resolved issue immediately. Stated he would swing by in 1 week just to make sure there were no leaks or any other issues. Received a call within an hour from his office (I believe it was Stephanie) to schedule follow-up. 2nd visit, checked to make sure everything was functioning properly from the prior week. Discussed other issue we noted. 100% recommend. Will definitely follow-up with his company in the future when we need anything. Reminds me of the good service we would receive in small mid-west town growing up.

I would give Chris Ramsey Air a 10 star review if I could.
From the initial call to completed running AC I couldn't be more satisfied. I must share Chris walked into a Hot Mess....I was very upset. My Home Warranty Company had sent out 3 technicians from same company at different dates. They all wanted to add Freon. My condenser and fan were bad. Chris Jumped Into Action!!! Got my home cooler in minutes...Thank You Chris

Chris Ramsey was assigned to us by our hone warranty, after non communication from two other contractors. On both visits (first for assessment, second for repair) he was on time, professional, and friendly. Had our venting problem remedied in about an hour. Will definitely use Chris in the future, and recommend him to anyone that asks!

He got the job done the previous AC company my warranty did not. He actually used his equipment to determine the issue and fixed it the same. The other company (TNT Hearing and Air) just looked at it and said they would need to set up a whole new pipeline. That didn’t sit right with me and what do you know? I was right. Thanks Chris!
