The Empire Solar employees we very friendly and very proficient at getting the insulation done. Now I have been waiting over a month for the Power Company to energize the system. On 9/2 the power company submitted an email to Empire notifying them that a problem exist with the paperwork and needed corrective action. Yesterday on 9/14 another email was sent to Empire again requesting corrective action on the paperwork. Because of this my system has not been energized/activated and now I will incur additional expenses in October and possibly in November depending when Empire corrects this problem and the power company activates my system. I am retired and living on a very limited budget. This delay could cost me as much
as an extra $1000 which will cause me a financial hardship. Please rectify this situation immediately.
