I had them build an addition to my house. They had no idea what the requirements were for passing inspections in Austin or even to get correct permits. They did not know what was up to code and what was not.They quoted 8 weeks which turned into 8 months and over budget by almost $10,000.00. Their plumber brought his 4 year old to work with him so ...I had to have the plumbing redone. I am lucky that she did not get hurt running around my construction site. They eventually just stopped answering their phone or showing up. I had to get the final work and the final inspections done on my own. If you live in the country where permits and rules are pretty laid back they might be able to do your job. If it is in Austin, it probably is a bigger job than they can do.

I have had a very bad experince with ranch hand builders.I bought a building 8-26-17 that was to be built about 3 week in augast they put me off telling me they would be here next week but no show then next week no show 4or 5 days before thanksgiving they showed and in 2 weeks time they got it standing with out any cement and not finished but they put 2 doors in 1 end and 0 in the other and it was to have 1 in each end they left and here i set. what do i do?
