Actually I would rate Rancho Floorcovering Inc and its owner a -1000 if I could. They did a job for us which was installing 3000sqft of hardwood that I purchased separately. There were 100s (truthfully) of loose, hollow boards. 100's of shiny spots all over the floor because they did not remove the glue residue immediately as well as numerous areas of stair stepping, large gaps and I could go on and on. Please believe me and buyer, truly beware. You can tell my story is tru because I filed a claim through the CSLB and went to arbitration over this matter and was awarded over $17000 in damages. I received his bond of $12,500 but he has no intention of ever paying the rest. Although his license looks clean, it is not. CSLB gives him too many opportunites to pay before they suspend his license which is due to happen in April. My advice is to find someone else and makes sure to talk to several references prior to hiring. Good luck.
