Looking to build in Hillsborough, NC a little over 8 years ago, I was most fortunate to find Christopher Rand construction. For once, I felt like comfortable talking with a builder who actually answered my questions, who provided alternatives to my initial design concepts, for both the house and landscaping. Chris knew my budget and attempted to keep me within it. Completed in 2012, our house does not squeak as we walk through it, all supposed 90 degree angles for door frames and the like are STILL 90 degrees - no sticking on any moving parts. Supplied hardware such as HVAC, 17KVA generator, septic, etc., all in as-knew condition. Chris builds with a focus on the client's stated requirements, the available budget, and the constant ethic of creating a quality home. I strongly recommend Chris - and his embedded design team - Brooke & Birdie Interior Design - for your new construction or renovation project. You will not be disappointed - and will be proud to show off the finished project to everyone who asks - and they will ask.
