Richard Vincent Randle
Owner
Mr. Randle (aka Paul) was contracted for a remodel for our home a few years back. Unfortunately, he never finished the roof, the hvac, and left a pile of debris that turned into a sculpture in our backyard. While some of the subcontractors he used were great and did fantastic work, many of the things he or his crew did have fallen apart or had to be redone within a few years. To add to all that the new addition he built was leaked from the roof and from the floor. We found out the roof was not only done wrong, it was never finished. With the recent rain we quickly found out that the windows were not caulked correctly and we've had water damage to the sills. When we hired an HVAC company to come in to hook everything up again, we found out our electrical panel was not done right. We also found out our pool pump was a fire hazard.
The funny thing is this contractor worked on several of our neighbors homes and now everyone goes to the park to complain about the poor quality of work he and his crew does.
Stay away from this contractor. He'll only cost you more money and severe headaches.
