    Air conditioning repair sent by First American Home Warranty
    $784

    First American Home Warranty sent this company, Rando’s AAA HVAC back in May, it's been going 2 months and still my system is not working. After 3 site visits and the 4th appt. being cancelled till June 30. This has been a terrible experience, I paid extra $$ that my warranty did not cover and repair work that is subpar... beware this company before you hire.

    Fix furnace and the AC
    $75

    Our furnace went out in January, so we filed a home warranty repair with First American Home Warranty. Rando’s AAA HVAC came by, fixed it and we were happy and warm through the winter.

    That is, until summer came around and our AC wasn’t working.

    Rando’s AAA HVAC to the rescue again! Guy came out and said that whoever fixed out furnace messed up and that’s why the AC wasn’t working, so he fixed it.

    When we informed him that it was Rando’s AAA HVAC that fixed the furnace, and thereby messed up the AC, the guy owned up to it and agreed that Rando’s AAA HVAC wasn’t going to charge us given that they were the ones that screwed up and it was their mistake.

    If that was it, then it would have been great!

    But this isn’t a 4 or 5 star review. It’s a 1.

    ...because then we got an invoice in our mail saying we owed $75 for the AC that they fixed.

    Rando’s AAA HVAC didn’t charge us for their mistake. Instead they just billed First American Home Warranty saying that they did the work, without mentioning how they were just fixing their own mistakes, and then First American Home Warranty billed us.

    Very disappointed with Rando’s AAA HVAC. Trying to get this mess resolved. :(
