At first I thought this guy did a good job; until things stopped working. You would call Randy and he would say he would be there on a certain date, but never show up. He wouldn't call to tell you, he just wouldn't show up.
You would try to call him and he wouldn't answer, and since his voice mailbox is always filled you cannot leave a message.
We were forced to hire another person to come look at the problems we were having. This person showed us that the two heat pumps he installed were revireced. And the upstairs unit had the incorrect motor installed in it (in fact the motor wasn't even from the manufacture!) The motor was so hot it stopped working and could have caused a fire.
I reccommend you stayh away from this person if you want the work done right and on time.
He shows up the first time no problem, but getting him to come back and fix his mistakes is not happening....

Mr. Arnold and his "crew" do a very nice job. They show attention to detail and are easy to deal with. Many people I know have availed themselves of his services and were just as pleased.

Stay Away!
Leaks in pipe after couple of days he fixed it. called called and kept calling and he never replied back. Can't leave a message either...
Ripped me off and charged me for material that he did not even use! took all
the old pipes , coupling , valve etc stole few things like hose & bucket
Had to call another plumber to fix it...will give minus in stars but can't do that on this webiste and hence one star!
